Thank you for visiting my website. Your privacy is important to me. Simply viewing my website will NOT result in the collection of your personal data by me, not even your email address. You will not automatically be subscribed to any email list. In fact, I will not be aware of your visit to my site.
If you choose to receive my email Art Updates, sent approximately 4 – 6 times per year, your email address is added to my distribution list on the Mail Chimp email marketing site. I use Mail Chimp only for their newsletter distribution service which gives me access to their templates. When I send out an Art Update, Mail Chimp subsequently does provide me with reports about how many recipients have opened the Update, and how many clicked on my website link.
Mail Chimp has substantial security in place to protect your information – and mine. Neither they nor I ever sell or lease email lists to third parties. I do not use your email for any purpose other than sending Art Updates. You may, of course, unsubscribe from my Updates anytime by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter.
